Decorelo aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However occasionally when one of our products is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, you will also get the option to cancel your order if you would prefer. Similarly in the unlikely event that your order will be delayed, we will of course contact you. Decorelo does not substitute similar, replacement goods, if the product you ordered is unavailable, unless requested to do so.
UK Standard Delivery
Of course we try our best to supply you with your order as quickly as possible; therefore our UK delivery option is dispatched via Royal Mail First Class postage, or UK carriers for the larger sized items. Your items will usually reach you within 1 – 2 working days. Our postage cost to the UK mainland is free. (Please note that delivery to the Chanel Islands and other outlying parts of the UK may take longer and incur a postage cost).
For larger furniture item(s) Decorelo or its carriers shall contact you by telephone or post to arrange a date and time for delivery, to ensure you are not housebound.
Delivery will be undertaken by either Decorelo staff themselves or one of its carrier companies. Larger items of furniture will be moved into a selected room of your house. You will then be required to sign for the delivery and condition of the item(s). Any damages must be reported to Decorelo within 24 hours of signing for the product.
