Are my credit card and payment details 100% safe?
Here at Decorelo, we ensure when any order is placed that all credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. This prevents any chance of your details falling into the wrong hands. The process is 100% safe and secure using shopify Stripe as our payment terminal who are the largest online payment gateway for online retailers.
What methods of payment do we accept?
Decorelo accepts the following payment methods:

If you are collecting items from our warehouse you may pay cash on collection.
I do not live in the UK can I still purchase from you?
Yes we are able to ship items outside of the UK; as we have several international couriers available. Items being shipped outside of the UK mainland do not qualify for free delivery. The postage cost varies depending on the items weight, size and destination. We are happy to give you a quote on any product you may want to purchase. All you have to do is contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I purchase over the phone?
We understand that not all our customers are comfortable with entering credit card details over the internet; therefore you can contact us over the phone to place any necessary order: 01422 375940. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I've seen an item elsewhere but cannot find it on your website?
It would be impossible for us to include every single item from all the manufacturers we stock, as there are thousands of products we have access to. Therefore if you cannot find the item you are after, feel free to contact us and we will be able to order your desired ensemble. Our website is constantly being updated with new products and new suppliers. If you have any suggestions of items you would like to see on our website please get in touch - email@example.com.
What is our price match policy?
If you have seen the exact same item elsewhere online but cheaper in price we will match that price for you. This offer does not include items that appear on auction websites such as eBay or items on other furniture websites which are out of stock.
Can I come and collect my items?
You are able to collect your items from our warehouse between the hours of 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can arrange to collect items outside of these hours by appointment only; please call 01422 375940.
What happens if I am unable to be in when a delivery arrives?
The Royal Mail is used to deliver our smaller items, whereas a courier service is used for our larger items. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the postman or courier will leave a calling card. If the card is from the Royal Mail it will have details of the depot/ post office where you can collect your parcel from. If the card is from one of our courier services your item will be redelivered the next working day. In some cases the driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour, which will be signed for and the courier will notify you of this on the calling card.
For some glass and large fragile items we use a third party carrier and this ensures they get there safely. The carrier will phone you and will be able to arrange a delivery date and time time to suit you best.
Can we deliver the item at a specific time?
We use a next day delivery service by the Royal Mail for our smaller items and a courier for larger items over 2 kg. These items could arrive anytime during that day, however if you would like your item to arrive before a certain time, or on a Saturday this can be arranged at an extra cost £10: If you provide your mobile phone number at the checkout the courier will text you an hours time slot this applies to items that are over 2 kg.
How can I tell if an item is in stock or what is the lead delivery time?
The best way to find out the lead time for an item is to either contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using our free callback service. You can also phone on 01422 375940.
Where do we deliver?
We are able to ship items worldwide. It is free delivery within the UK mainland. For all other countries please contact us by email at email@example.com or simply add the item to the basket and then select the country you want the goods to be shipped and it will provide you with a postage cost.
Please state the item you are interested in and the country you would like the goods shipping to. We will do our best to find you a suitable price as we have accounts with all the major international courier companies.
